One master file should not be stretched, but adapted to the role of a platform.
The avatar is works in a small circle, the resume requires a calm portrait, a post - a compositional accent, and the marketplace - the exact shape of the product. The same frame can be prepared in several formats if you save a safe area beforehand and do not generate fine text inside the image.
First save a clean master file.
Use the largest usable result without interface signatures, frames and pre-cut edges. Face, hands and merchandise should have a promotion around them. Copies are created from the wizard; images that are already compressed by the messenger do not become better after zooming in.
If you want a signature, a price or a title, put them in the editor after generation so that the letters remain accurate and one visual can be used with different messages.

Check the safe zone, not just file proportions.
A square avatar is displayed in circles and cuts corners. The ribbon interface can cover the bottom part, and the product card reduces the image to preview. Create a guide for the future crop and make sure that the eyes, crown, hands and edges of the object remain inside.

Export each version from the master
Don't oversave the "Telegram → VK → CV" sequence: each compression adds artifacts. Go back to the wizard, set finite proportions and check your weight. A high-quality JPEG or WebP is usually good for a photo, and graphics with exact edges & text require separate evaluation.
Check for sharpness after reduction. Thin hair and fabric can become soft, and excessive sharpening creates a white border around the contours.
Open the file as the user sees it.
upload a draft, look at the regular phone and the real interface. Check the round crop, small previews, background light and dark topics, as well as the signature next to it. The file is ready not when it's beautiful on a large monitor, but when performing a role in its site.

Keep clear versions: master, telegram-avatar, vk-post, resume and marketplace. You can add a date or option number to the name. Simple discipline protects against random publication of a compressed file and makes it easier to replace one format without new generation.
One strong result turns into a system through the correct copies.
Store a large clean wizard, frame for a specific role and check the final mapping. This is faster than regeneration for each site and safer for the face and product.
