ru or en so that the interface does not change language without the user's choice.Photos and text ideas are used to create or modify an image according to a user-selected workflow.
Payment events are used to activate purchases, maintain the credit balance, provide support and prevent duplicate fulfilment.
Operation statuses and errors help us diagnose issues, restore credits after a technical failure and assist the user.
De-identified analytics helps us understand which workflows work, where users encounter difficulties and what should be improved.
Account data is used for sign-in, saved balances and projects, workspace operation and member invitations.
Strictly necessary technologies work without separate consent: trendme_session maintains secure authentication, trendme_locale remembers the selected language, and trendme_cookie_consent stores the analytics choice. Studio may also store a draft and the state of a user-requested checkout locally.
Yandex Metrica is optional analytics. It loads only after “Accept cookies” is selected and may store Metrica identifiers in cookies and local storage. Regardless of the analytics choice, an advertising visit may store yclid, rb_clickid, source, campaign and creative data for no longer than 30 days so the acquisition source survives navigation, authentication and a subsequent conversion.
The analytics choice is stored for 180 days. It can be changed at any time through “Cookie settings” in the site footer or Studio profile. With “Necessary only”, Metrica does not start and behavioral analytics is not collected; only technical advertising attribution is retained, and the product remains fully available.
Uploaded materials, requests and selected parameters may be shared with AI infrastructure providers to perform an AI operation. Payment providers receive only the information needed to process and identify a payment, issue a receipt or complete a refund. We do not sell user materials or use them for third-party advertising.
Users should only submit photos and materials they are authorized to use. Do not send other people's photos without the consent of the person in the image.
Data is stored only to the extent necessary for operating the service, processing payments, maintaining operation history, providing support and performing technical diagnostics. We use reasonable technical measures to restrict access and protect the infrastructure.
Source files, results and related generation records are normally retained for up to 90 days so that users can access results, continue working with them and contact support. Certain payment and accounting records may be retained longer when necessary to meet obligations and legal requirements.
Payment is made through the payment services or channel-specific payment tools available to the user. We receive order, amount and payment-status information to activate the purchase and provide support. Bank card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by TrendMe AI Studio.
Users may request deletion of their account and related data or ask a question about data processing through the Support section of the Telegram bot.
Include the account email address or Telegram username or user ID so that we can locate the relevant records. Some data may be retained longer when required for payment records, prevention of balance errors or compliance with legal obligations.
