1. Services
TrendMe AI Studio is a web service for creating and editing images and videos with artificial intelligence. Users can create content from a photo, references or a text description, edit backgrounds, outfits and objects, increase resolution and generate videos.
Operations use credits. AI Studio shows the credit cost before confirmation, and an operation starts only after the user explicitly confirms it.
Video
Video creation starts at 20 credits. The final cost depends on the selected model, duration and quality.
Delivery
The completed file appears in the user's AI Studio account and can be viewed and downloaded there.
AI limitations
Results are generated automatically and may differ from expectations. Quality depends on source materials, instructions and model limitations.
2. AI Studio and Telegram bot credit packs
Credits are added to the shared account balance and do not expire. International card prices are displayed in US dollars. Telegram Stars are a separate payment currency used inside the bot.

Telegram and the selected app store determine the purchase price of Stars in ordinary currency. Output counts are estimates. Video, high-quality and other advanced modes cost more than a basic image. The exact cost is always displayed before payment and launch.

3. Studio Pro plans
Studio Pro adds projects, Brand Kits, saved recipes, batch runs and collaboration. Each paid plan lasts 31 days. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge. Included credits remain in the owner's balance after Pro access ends and do not expire.

An extra pack tops up the workspace owner's shared balance and does not change the current Pro expiry date.
4. Ordering and payment
- Register or sign in to AI Studio.
- Select a credit pack or Studio Pro plan and review its contents and full price.
- Enter an email address for the electronic receipt.
- Continue to the payment provider’s secure checkout page, select an available method and confirm payment.
- Credits or Pro access are activated automatically after payment is confirmed.
Dollar prices on this page are the prices displayed to international customers. Prices marked with ⭐ apply only to Telegram Stars payments inside the bot. TrendMe AI Studio does not add a customer payment fee. Card details are processed by the payment provider and are not disclosed to TrendMe AI Studio.
Available payment methods depend on the customer's country, bank and card. The payment provider shows the final charge and currency before confirmation. If the card account uses another currency, the issuer may perform conversion at its own exchange rate and under its own terms.
5. Digital delivery and timing
All services and results are delivered electronically. No physical delivery is involved.
- Credits and Studio Pro access are normally activated within a few minutes after payment confirmation.
- If payment is confirmed but the purchase is not visible within 30 minutes, contact support.
- An image normally takes 20–90 seconds. Video and complex operations may take longer.
- The maximum processing time for one confirmed AI operation is 24 hours. If no result is delivered within that period, the operation is treated as technically unsuccessful and its credits are restored.
A top-up is delivered when credits are added. Studio Pro is delivered when its features are unlocked and included credits are added. An AI operation is delivered when its result is created and made available to view or download in AI Studio.
6. Cancellation and refunds
A user may discontinue TrendMe AI Studio services and request a refund for the unused part of a purchase.
- Unused pack. If no paid credits were spent, the full pack price is refunded.
- Partly used pack. The unused paid credits are refunded proportionally to the price actually paid for that pack.
- Studio Pro. After activation, a refund is calculated taking into account the actual access period, features and credits used. The unused part is refundable where and to the extent required by applicable law.
- Technical failure. Credits for an unsuccessful operation are restored automatically and are not treated as used. The user may request a monetary refund for the corresponding amount instead of reusing those credits.
- The user does not like the result. Subjective dissatisfaction with a creative result is not, by itself, a service defect and does not entitle the user to a refund for a completed operation when a result was created from the confirmed request and made available. This does not restrict remedies for a technical defect or a failure to match the published service description.
- Inaccurate or mistaken request. The user is responsible for the content and accuracy of their request. If AI Studio creates and delivers a result from that request, the operation is delivered and its credits are treated as used.
- Prohibited request. Requests that violate applicable law, the service rules or the safety requirements of the models used may be rejected without a result. If a safety system rejects a request and no result is created, the credits charged for that operation are restored. Rejection of a prohibited request is not a service defect and does not require the service to create prohibited content. In the event of systematic or intentional violations, the Provider may restrict or terminate the user's access to the service. When use of the service ends, the value of unused paid credits is refunded under this section, taking into account the value of services actually delivered and the Provider's documented expenses directly related to performing the contract.
Complimentary, promotional and free credits were not paid for, have no cash value and are excluded from the refund amount.
No payment-provider, TrendMe AI Studio or acquiring-bank commission is deducted from the customer's refund.
7. How to request a refund
- Open TrendMeBot in Telegram.
- Select “Support”, then “Write a message”.
- Provide the AI Studio account email, payment date and amount, and order number or electronic receipt.
- State whether you request a full refund, a refund of the unused part, or a refund for a specific technically unsuccessful operation.
Do not send a full card number, expiry date or security code. A request is registered when the message is submitted. Support may ask for missing information needed to locate the payment.
Review
Up to 3 business days. This period is included in, and does not extend, the overall refund period.
Refund processing
No later than 10 calendar days after the refund request is received. Support may ask for information needed to identify the payment; this does not restart the period.
Refund method
The original payment method, unless a different process is required by the payment system or bank.
Bank posting
Normally 1–10 business days after processing. The actual account display time depends on the customer's bank.
For a foreign-card payment, the refund is initiated for the calculated amount in the original transaction currency. The amount shown in the card currency may differ from the original debit due to the bank's exchange rate. TrendMe AI Studio does not deduct a fee from the refund.

9. Personal data and applicable rules

The provider relationship is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. This does not exclude mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the customer's country of residence.
