Credit balance
Operations use credits. The credit cost is displayed before confirmation, and browsing the service does not reduce the balance.
1. What the service does
TrendMe AI Studio is an AI Studio, Telegram bot and Mini App for creating and editing images and videos. It can generate content from a ready-made workflow, photo, reference or text description and edit uploaded materials.
The service is not a professional photo editor, identity-verification tool, medical service or tool for creating official documents. Results are AI-generated and may differ from expectations.
2. User materials
Users are responsible for the photos, videos, text, references and other materials they submit to the service.
- Submit only your own materials or materials that you are entitled to use.
- Do not upload photos of other people without their consent.
- Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation or deceptive content.
- Do not submit material that violates the law, privacy, copyright or other third-party rights.
3. Prohibited content
TrendMe AI Studio is not intended to create or process the following types of content:
- illegal, harmful, extremist or dangerous content;
- sexual content, especially content involving minors or depicted people who have not consented;
- violence, humiliation, harassment, blackmail, threats or calls for harm;
- fraud, phishing, document forgery or deliberately deceptive imagery;
- content that violates privacy, copyright, trademarks or a person's image rights;
- political manipulation, malicious deepfakes or presenting AI-generated content as evidence of a real event.
Prohibited requests may be rejected by the model or the service. Repeated or intentional violations may result in restrictions on specific features or the account.
4. Credits, operations and payments
Payments
Credit packs and Studio Pro plans are paid for using an available method on a payment provider's secure page or through the relevant channel.
Generation errors
If an operation is not completed because of a technical failure, the credits charged for it are restored automatically.
Result quality
The AI result depends on the source photo, description, chosen trend and model constraints. Perfect matching is not guaranteed.
5. Refunds and disputes
If payment is confirmed but the purchase does not appear in the account, the user may contact support and provide the transaction details.

6. Limitation of liability
TrendMe AI Studio is a digital service for creative AI generation and content editing. Users decide how to use the results and are responsible for complying with applicable law, third-party rights and the rules of platforms where the results are published.
Outputs created on a paid Studio Pro plan may be used in commercial projects. This permission does not grant rights to third-party trademarks, characters, likenesses or other protected materials: users must hold the necessary rights to their inputs and review every output before publication.
The service may occasionally be unavailable or unstable because of payment providers, AI models, hosting, Telegram or other external APIs.
7. Support
Questions about accounts, payments, generations, refunds, data deletion and service operation can be sent through the Support section of the Telegram bot.
